Job summary

WIN Technology is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Network Engineering Department in the Midwest. You will remotely manage customer‑premises equipment, with a focus on Juniper MX routers and EX/QFX switches, ensuring performance and security within defined parameters.

Collaborating with internal teams and external customers, you will design and deploy managed network solutions, provide guidance, and support 24x7 on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical field and hands-on experience with Juniper networks.
• Strong knowledge of routing/switching and network management concepts.
• Ability to work in a client-facing, managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead remote installation, provisioning, and management of customer premises devices.
• Design and implement network solutions for managed services customers.
• Provide escalated technical support and guidance to internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with Network Management Center on tools, workflows, and processes.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations for after-hours support.
