DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a collaborative UI/Interface Designer, Junior, to support MC&FP DoD programs. You will design visually engaging, accessible, and responsive interfaces for public-facing websites, digital tools, and internal systems.

You will work with a cross-functional team to translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring WCAG compliance and consistent branding across digital experiences.

Formación

• Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance required.
• 3+ years of UI design experience.
• Experience with accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG) and inclusive design.

Responsabilidades

• Translate user needs into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and production-ready interface specifications.
• Apply visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, navigation and interaction patterns to improve usability.
• Design accessible interfaces for diverse audiences, devices and environments.
• Develop reusable UI components and design systems to ensure consistency.
• Support mobile-first and responsive design with performance considerations.
• Collaborate with content strategists and developers to ensure clear messaging and branding.
