Job summary

Gronda is seeking a creative social content strategist to elevate our culinary brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will craft scripts, captions, and storyboards that outperform current Meta ads and help scale the ad budget while driving user growth.

You’ll work with a fast-moving team, own the end-to-end creative process from concept to final output, and bring a deep understanding of food audiences and platform dynamics. Remote in EU or offices in Innsbruck/Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop content formats that perform.
• Genuine feel for audiences and communities.

Responsibilities

• Write winning ad scripts, captions, headlines and storyboards that outperform current Meta ads.
• Scale the ad budget by a factor of 3–4.
• Test creatives on other paid socials (e.g., TikTok).
