Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking an early-career C++ Developer / Junior Quant Dev for a 100% remote role. You will join a collaborative, globally distributed engineering team focused on high-performance trading systems.

You will work on optimizing execution, translating quantitative models into production-ready code, and advancing asynchronous, multi-threaded architectures with CUDA exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong C/C++ engineering experience, including performance optimizations.
• Proven competitive programming background or equivalent problem-solving track record.
• Experience with low-latency, real-time systems and multi-threading.

Responsibilities

• Implement high-performance trading algorithms balancing speed and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Quantitative Research to translate models into production code.
• Write robust, asynchronous, multi-threaded, network-centric C++ systems.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of data structures and CS fundamentals.
