Objective Partners is seeking a Quant Developer in San Francisco to own the core C++ stack of a high-performance virtualization platform. You will work on a GPU-focused infrastructure, delivering ultra-low latency and scalable systems that power an elite cloud computing environment.

The role requires expert C++ skills, hardware optimization experience, and a proven ability to operate in latency-sensitive, production-grade environments.

Qualifications

• Expert-level C++ with focus on performance-critical apps.
• Experience optimizing GPU or NIC performance.
• Deep understanding of compilers, low-level networking, and systems architecture.
• Background in latency-sensitive environments where performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain the high-performance C++ core of the proprietary hardware virtualization stack.
• Perform deep-dive debugging and performance tuning for ultra-low latency execution.
• Lead research and implementation for complex systems challenges including resource oversubscription and state checkpointing.
• Balance customer-facing product enhancements with production-level systems programming demands.
• Collaborate with founding leadership to architect scalable infrastructure as the organization grows.
