Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related quantitative field.

• Strong coding skills in C++, Java, or Python (multiple languages ideal).
• Solid grounding in financial markets, instruments, and quantitative methods.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems; FIX knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate models into production-grade software with high reliability.
• Collaborate with quants and traders to meet performance and risk goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code/design reviews.
• Contribute to architecture and ensure maintainable, scalable systems.
