MANTECH is seeking a Junior Procurement Analyst to join our team in Halawa, HI. This fully remote, full-time role supports procurement services, tracks purchase orders, and maintains technical records for DoD-related projects.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree and can follow SOPs, with basic Excel skills and familiarity with logistics systems. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established procurement SOPs and maintain accurate technical records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement services and assist with document preparation and tracking of purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery status of materials and maintain records in databases.
• Prepare procurement schedules and ensure materials/data are available for senior analysts.
• Draft technical records for procurement tasks and coordinate activities across theater locations.
• Maintain knowledge of special operations requirements and prepare documentation for program deliverables.
• Monitor regional vendor conditions and assist senior expeditors in identifying routine needs.
• The junior analyst takes guidance from more senior staff.
