Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems with telecommunications/security focus.
• 1-3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with VPNs, routing protocols, and firewall management.
• Experience with enterprise operations software (ticketing, monitoring, logging).

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure across office and data centers.
• Analyze configurations and processes to improve capacity and reliability.
• Manage projects with time-bound deliverables and proper documentation.
• Provide timely incident response and root-cause analyses.
• Execute scheduled maintenance and upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Maintain updated network diagrams and runbooks.
• Ensure security, compliance, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in rotating on-call for 24/7 support.
• Produce clear technical updates and documentation.
