Job summary

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC (DST) seeks a Junior Network Administrator to support a Federal Government customer in Victorville, CA. This full-time role is exempt and primarily remote, with responsibilities spanning enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and security controls under guidance.

You will monitor network health, assist with device configuration, troubleshoot outages, maintain documentation, and collaborate with IT staff to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years networking experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor the health, performance, availability, and utilization of network systems using enterprise tools.
• Support configuration, installation, and maintenance of routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues and performance problems under guidance of the Lead Network Administrator.
• Respond to anomalies, outages, and service disruptions to restore operations and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures.
