We Are Legal Revolution in San Francisco is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney for its remote-based role with a national defense platform. You will work on civil defense matters for insurers, businesses, and public entities, gaining hands-on experience across depositions, motions, and mediations from day one.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, a JD from an accredited school, and active California Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in litigation, ideally within civil litigation defense.
• Experience developing case strategy, advising on risk, and strong legal research and writing skills.
• Active admission to the California Bar.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience with depositions or examinations under oath and comfort with a remote in office schedule.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of civil defense matters.
• Conduct depositions and examinations under oath and manage written discovery.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Appear in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings, delivering clear case and damages presentations.
• Maintain proactive client communication while working closely with partners on strategy and case evaluation.
