Job summary

Maximus seeks a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs and projects. You will review project documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, and contribute to client reporting under supervision.

This remote position involves collaboration with management, PMO, and clients, with up to 25% travel based on project needs. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• 0–3 years of experience in consulting or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to ensure projects are delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Maintain work plan documents and coordinate with management and work groups.
• Lead or facilitate meetings with customers, clients, and teammates as needed.
• Gather information to perform analyses and prepare findings reports.
• Participate in client meetings and build trust and strong client relationships.
