Job summary
Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers seeks a Junior Graphic Designer on a full-time contract to support visually engaging, brand-aligned marketing, communications, and digital initiatives across print and online platforms.
The ideal candidate will learn quickly, maintain a strong portfolio, and translate briefs into polished visuals under guidance from senior designers, with opportunities for professional development and cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals across digital and print.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Foundational understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and branding.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing creative visuals for marketing, branding, and digital initiatives.
- Design and update brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, social graphics, newsletters, and branded collateral.
- Create visual assets for websites, emails, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, sales and business teams to meet objectives.
- Translate briefs into polished visuals under guidance of senior designers.
- Apply brand standards to typography, color palettes, imagery, layouts and icons.
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print.
