Job summary

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support development of visuals for marketing, branding, and digital initiatives. You will translate briefs into polished, professional assets under guidance from senior designers, contributing to multiple campaigns.

The role favors creative thinking, a strong portfolio, and a willingness to learn. A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is preferred, with 0–2 years’ experience and basic Adobe CC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of design experience in graphic design, visual communications, marketing design, or related field.
• A strong portfolio showing digital, print, branding, marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Foundational understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating content for websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and ads.

Responsibilities

• Develop visuals for marketing, branding, communications, and digital initiatives.
• Design brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, social graphics, newsletters, and collateral.
• Create assets for websites, emails, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand requirements.
• Translate briefs into polished visual solutions and ensure brand consistency.
