Job summary

The role requires a finance-related degree and at least two years of budgeting and financial analysis experience, with strong Excel and reporting skills to inform management decisions and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of budgeting, financial analysis, or program management support.
• Bachelor's degree required as listed.
• Experience with financial reporting and budget analyses.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain government suitability clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, tracking, and monitoring of program budgets.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management decisions.
• Monitor expenditures and reconcile budget discrepancies.
• Assist staffing and funding analyses for workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain resource plans, forecasts, and execution strategies.
• Support portfolio management through data collection and performance tracking.
• Maintain financial records to support audits and program oversight.
• Collaborate with program managers and government stakeholders.
• Prepare briefing materials and dashboards communicating budget information.
• Provide general financial management support and assist with special projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or related field
