Pantheon Data by Kenific Holding seeks a Junior Engineer to support marine boat programs for Coast Guard projects. You’ll work with experienced engineers and DHS stakeholders to review, analyze, and support all aspects of small-boat programs, gaining exposure to technical docs, configuration management, and direct engagement with boat builders.

Role offers hands-on, real-world engineering challenges and an opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of boat development and the DHS acquisition

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Proficiency with Rhino, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing technical drawings and specs.
• Excellent written communication for clear documentation.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Able to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Provide engineering support for Coast Guard programs and boat systems.
• Develop, review, and update technical documentation and tests.
• Support configuration management per Coast Guard policies and SOWs.
• Collaborate with Coast Guard engineers, program managers, and staff.
• Coordinate with boat builders to propose design changes and verify structures.
• Review CDRLs to ensure compliance with SOWs and specs.
• Conduct research and synthesize findings into concise reports.
