Job summary

Polychromy Studio, a boutique start-up architectural design firm specializing in hospitality projects, is looking for a Junior Designer to join our team. You'll work closely with our Principal Architect and Principal Designer on hospitality projects from concept presentation through construction documentation.

This remote, part-time position requires a degree in architecture or interior design and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, plus strong 3D rendering and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong 3D rendering and presentation skills.
• Experience with rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray).
• Familiarity with ADA and life-safety codes for hospitality spaces.
• Ability to work from and interpret redline drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce presentations, drawings, details, schedules and construction documents.
• Build and maintain 3D models and renderings for hospitality design presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed.
• Help prepare presentation materials for client meetings.
