Qualifications

• 3–5 years of interior design experience required.
• Experience developing design concepts, presentations, and finish/material selections.
• Ability to produce and review detailed construction drawings.
• Knowledge of FF&E, specifications, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or luxury residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and develop interior design concepts
• Prepare floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, and design details
• Create 3D models and presentations in SketchUp
• Produce and coordinate AutoCAD drawing packages
• Research and source furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, and accessories
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants
• Review shop drawings and submittals
• Assist with project installations and site coordination
• Maintain project schedules and design documentation
