Job summary

Amwins Connect is hiring a Jr. Broker Sales Representative. This role supports the benefits journey for brokers and clients, collaborating across teams to drive sales results. The position is remote for Georgia and South Carolina residents and hybrid for North Carolina residents, with a customer‑centric focus and strong teamwork.

You will triage emails, generate quotes for employer groups, handle new business materials, and ensure data integrity by setting up brokers and enabling system access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; university degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook; intermediate Excel; MS Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Triage Team Inbox: review emails, categorize, create service requests, send replies.
• Small Group Quoting: generate and revise quotes, create worksheets, illustrate benefits/rates in Excel.
• New Business: enter orders, send enrollment materials, collect and process materials, verify providers.
• Data Integrity: set up brokers/contacts, enable quoting and broker web access.
