Your Mission
The core mission of the Jr. Paid Social Media Buyer is to support our Sr. Paid Social Media Buyers as they scale and optimize Client ad accounts based on their North Star Goal. In this role, you will help with creative strategy, campaign creation and testing, and report creation. The goal is to promote you to Sr. Media Buyer in 6 to 12 months, where you can lead accounts.

• Achieving 80%+ of Client Paid Social North Star Goals for 6 Clients on a Quarterly basis.
• Weekly A/B testing of creatives, audiences, angles, ad copy, etc.
• Provide creative insights and analytics to Creative Team for new ad creative.

Compensation

• $50k to $70k salary + bonus.
