Job summary

Altitude Energy LLC is seeking field personnel for transmission projects, fully in the field across remote locations. Position requires CDL A, Journeyman certification, and CPR/First Aid; education can be high school or GED with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily field activities, documenting work, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and safety standards. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of experience, ability to read drawings, and strong communication

Qualifications

• CDL A and clean MVR are required.
• Journeyman Certificate through the Department of Labor.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Timely, accurate reporting and documentation of work.
• Read, understand, and follow contract documents/drawings.
• Plan, direct, and supervise daily activities of direct reports.
• Assist with tooling and equipment maintenance and training.
• Maintain open communication with leadership and ensure safety compliance.
• Uphold quality standards and company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate Altitude’s core values and be a team player.
