SOSi is seeking a JIRA Administrator to support a DoD customer, driving a structured approach to develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability and mission-driven analytics.
Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining JIRA workflows and projects, integrating with GitLab and Confluence, supporting Agile project management, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development, operations, and PM teams to improve processes in a
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or 5 years JIRA admin exp.
- Experience configuring and managing JIRA workflows.
- Experience with issue tracking and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in JIRA administration and permissions.
- Experience with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools.
- Experience with Agile, dashboards, and SLA monitoring.
Responsabilidades
