Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a JIRA/Portfolio Tools Analyst to support agile portfolio management, reporting, and performance tracking for multiple Agile Release Trains in Stafford, VA. You will administer Jira configurations, develop executive dashboards, and provide data-driven insights for government stakeholders.

This role requires US citizenship and security eligibility.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in agile portfolio tooling or related discipline.
• Hands-on Jira administration with dashboards, boards, workflows, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAFe Portfolio Kanban and epic flow.
• U.S. Citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira dashboards, boards, workflows, configuration, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for reporting metrics across portfolios.
• Manage Portfolio Kanban and support epic flow through the portfolio.
