Alignerr is seeking a JavaScript Engineer to guide AI training by evaluating and improving AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and industry-standard quality. This fully remote contract role expects you to apply 3+ years of hands-on JS experience across ES6+ and modern frameworks to real-world tasks.

You’ll review outputs, propose fixes, and document reasoning for reproducibility. Work independently on a flexible 10–40 hour/week schedule, collaborating asynchronously with AI

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on JavaScript experience
• Experience with React/Node.js/Vue
• Strong written communication and code readability

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to ES6+ standards
• Write high-quality JavaScript solutions across a range of difficulties
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in AI-generated code
• Craft clear explanations of code logic and problem-solving approaches
• Provide structured feedback to help AI models produce better code
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
