Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more languages (Python/JavaScript/Java/C++/Go/TypeScript).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for quality and correctness.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed explanations of why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI abilities.
• Compare and rank AI solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
