Qualifications

• Frameworks: Java, J2EE, Servlets, MDB, HTML, JNDI, Jax-RS, JMS, Junit, XML, JSON.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, or RedHat.

Responsibilities

• Defines, analyzes, and resolves customer escalations promptly.
• Investigates complex issues using AI-assisted log analysis for root cause.
• Provides status updates to customers and team members.
• Documents resolutions for customers and internal use.
• Delivers production code fixes end-to-end from defect to release validation.
• Potential product enhancement work after gaining product knowledge.
