Qualifications

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent communication (oral & written) and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Linux, UNIX, and/or Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Defines, analyzes, and resolves customer escalations in a timely & accurate manner.
• Investigates and resolves complex escalations using AI tools for log analysis and defect diagnosis.
• Provides periodic updates to customers, coworkers & management on issue status.
• Documents complex issue resolutions for customer and internal reference.
• Delivers production code fixes end-to-end from defect confirmation through AI-assisted patch development and release validation.
• Contributes to product enhancement development after gaining product experience.
• Assists teammates with complex issues to gain exposure to advanced problems.
• Navigates large, unfamiliar codebases quickly using AI tools to identify safe fix paths.
• Maintains knowledge base content and product documentation as needed.
• Occasional after-hours/weekend coverage on a pager rotation basis.
