RWS is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support Japanese-language content evaluation on a flexible, remote basis. This freelance role requires about 10+ hours per week with immediate start, offering 18 USD per hour and a work-from-home arrangement in Japan.

Responsibilities include conducting short voice interactions with AI models, following prompts, and rating responses for relevance, accuracy, and clarity.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level fluency in Japanese.
• English proficiency fluent to advanced (B2–C2).
• Experience with AI data tasks or data labeling is a plus.

What we’re looking for:

• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.
