Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a practical Technical Site Coordinator to support ITS and roadside technology projects across the UK. The role requires coordinating installation activities, managing subcontractors, and liaising with engineering and project teams in Spain.

With approximately 3–8 years of experience in infrastructure, transport, or technology installation, you will be the UK site representative, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
3–8 years' experience in technical, infrastructure, transport, or construction projects.
Experience coordinating site works and working with subcontractors.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day site activities for ITS and roadside technology installations.
Supervise subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Plan and schedule installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Serve as the local technical contact for UK site operations.
Coordinate with Spain-based engineers to resolve technical issues.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
Attend site meetings with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Maintain site records and as-built documentation.
Assist Project Managers to meet programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
