Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Italian Bilingual Expert to contribute to a language and AI training project focused on improving Italian-language understanding and generation. You will evaluate Italian audio content, assess nativeness and fluency, and provide detailed feedback based on established guidelines to help refine model outputs.

No prior AI experience is required. Candidates should have native-level Italian, at least B2+ English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Italian.

• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Italian and evaluate the nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document assessments using clear and concise written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Italian-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
