YO AI Labs is seeking Italian bilingual experts to contribute to a language and AI training project focused on improving Italian-language understanding and generation. In this role, you will evaluate Italian audio content, assess linguistic quality and authenticity, and provide detailed feedback based on established guidelines.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Italian language proficiency, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the key requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to explain linguistic observations clearly.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Italian audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document assessments with clear English feedback.
• Provide explanations and justifications for decisions.
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models.
• Complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
