• Extremely detail-oriented; cares about getting every word, space and timestamp right.
• Excellent listening skills and patience to replay difficult passages.
• Able to follow structured, detailed formatting and style guidelines.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable navigating web-based platforms and computer-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Italian audio recordings and compare them against existing transcripts.
• Correct errors at the word level — fixing misspellings, missing words, punctuation, and misheard phrases.
• Adjust and verify exact timing and alignment of transcript segments.
• Follow detailed style and formatting guidelines with precision and consistency.
