Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a remote team of IT training and application support professionals.
• Coordinate the creation, implementation, and delivery of technology and healthcare application training.
• Help maintain application performance, system readiness, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional partners to meet business needs.
