Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a network management environment.
• Proficient in IP networks and network management protocols (SNMP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as NOC primary POC for problem escalations, interacting with network provisioners or vendors to develop solutions.
• Operate as network technical lead on IP and NM activities and escalate to Tier I/III as needed.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve logical and physical network issues and detect trends.
• Maintain Circuit Layout Records, network diagrams, IP routing spreadsheets and related documentation.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and coordinate with engineering/support teams.
• Administer network management applications (SolarWinds), ensure STIG compliance and firmware updates.
