Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 7+ years in a network management environment.
• Experience with SolarWinds, network management tools, and vendor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NOC primary POC for problem escalations with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead IP and NM activities; escalate to Tier III when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logical and physical network issues; identify trends.
• Maintain documentation for IP/NM, including diagrams and routing spreadsheets.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and ensure network monitoring using SolarWinds.
