Job summary

• Diagnose and resolve complex system integration and configuration problems.
• Escalate incidents using electronic ticketing systems and coordinate responses.
• Remotely manage user, application, database, and server systems.
• Gather requirements and design solutions addressing workload demands.
• Configure software packages to meet specific user needs.
• Design complex systems solutions and act as SME on client/server and databases.
• Ensure changes are implemented and data transmitted on schedule.
• Evaluate and implement security permissions and controls.
