Job summary

PlainsCapital Bank in Dallas, TX seeks an ATM Specialist to ensure fleet uptime by monitoring faults, dispatching vendors, applying software updates, and managing cash and status updates with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities include remote maintenance, after-hours support, installations, and testing software images. Strong Windows/Office knowledge and 1+ year IT support experience are required; on-call rotations including evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year IT support experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ATM status using remote monitoring tools.
• Provide First Line Maintenance by remotely troubleshooting ATMs.
• Dispatch vendors for service requests as needed.
• Monitor service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide support for after-hours monitoring and service requests.
• Assist ATM Manager with new ATM installations, decommissions, and relocations.
• Test and apply software updates to maintain compliance or remediate issues.
• Track recurring ATM faults and coordinate with vendor support.
• Review third-party ATM audits for regulatory compliance.
• Assist with testing software images.
• Other duties as assigned.
