Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency seeks an IT Specialist (CUSTSPT) GS-13 to support the Weapons Support mission at Warner Robins, GA. The role reports to the J6 BRM and coordinates IT customer service across the MSC.

Responsibilities include planning and directing IT customer service actions, managing programs, and ensuring alignment with HQ directives while maintaining clear communication with peers and supervisors. Telework is eligible under this posting.

Qualifications

• Specialized IT and program management experience.
• Ability to interpret HQ directives and communicate IT policy changes to customers.
• Experience planning and overseeing IT initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as J6 Assistant BRM to senior J6 BRM and DLA Weapons Support management.
• Oversee IT customer service actions for the Warner Robins, GA mission and MSC responsibilities.
• Direct IT support activities to ensure rapid resolution of customer issues and effective service delivery.
