Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an IT Manager to lead technology operations and infrastructure for our New York area. You will manage hybrid IT support, networks, security, and vendor relationships while shaping IT strategy.

This role reports to leadership and collaborates with operations and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, disaster recovery planning, and staff management across hardware, software, and networks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT operations experience.
• Experience with networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Linux and Windows environments.
• Solid grasp of IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and support for the New York office on a hybrid basis.
• Own vendor management, licensing, procurement, and IT budget.
• Lead IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Manage IT staff and contractors as needed.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure system uptime.
• Collaborate with data center operations teams on connectivity and infrastructure needs.
