eXp Realty is a cloud-first, work-from-anywhere real estate broker with 2,000+ team members and a fully immersive cloud office. The IT Security Analyst role focuses on monitoring, automating, and improving our security posture across a global, cloud-driven environment.

You will analyze security events, manage alerts, support security projects, and assist in security awareness training while collaborating with the IT Security Manager and other analysts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IT security or related technical role.
• General understanding of Security Operations, Audit, and GRC controls.
• In-depth understanding of endpoint security configurations.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace security settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve security events from multiple security technologies.
• Automate manual security processes and improve risk reporting.
• Conduct security assessments of alerts, phishing issues, and tickets.
• Maintain security documentation, configurations, and dashboards.
• Support security awareness training and collaborate with the IT Security team.
