Job summary

CourtReserve is seeking an IT & Security Administrator to own and build our corporate IT environment. This hands-on role involves devices, access management, and security policies across a remote, cloud-first workforce. You’ll partner with a SOC 2 consultant and DevOps to maintain audit-ready controls and evidence.

The position emphasizes onboarding/offboarding, MFA/SSO maintenance, and ongoing security awareness while coordinating with Engineering for production infrastructure responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in systems administration or IT operations, preferably in remote/cloud-first settings.
• Hands-on experience supporting SOC 2; produced audit evidence and owned IT controls.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and common SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom).
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Experience with device management for macOS/Windows.
• Experience shipping and lifecycle management for distributed workforce.
• Clear written communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Procure, configure, ship, and recover company computers for employees in the US and Canada.
• Maintain standard device configurations and asset inventory.
• Manage replacements and secure disposal for offboarded equipment.
