Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an IT Security Administrator to act as the primary technical liaison for audits and security reviews. You will coordinate evidence collection, validate configurations, and maintain knowledge of system architecture, cloud environments, and access management.

The role involves documenting controls, supporting compliance initiatives, and partnering with IT teams to deliver timely remediation documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Security Operations.
Experience with audits, compliance assessments, or regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical resource for internal and external audits and customer security reviews.
Coordinate collection, validation, and organization of technical evidence to support security and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of system architecture, network topology, security controls, cloud environments, and endpoint management.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to obtain audit documentation and supporting evidence.
Document control implementations and operational procedures to support compliance initiatives.
Track audit requests and ensure timely delivery of evidence and remediation documentation.
Review configurations to verify regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
Support HIPAA, SOC, NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and similar frameworks.
Assist vulnerability management by gathering remediation evidence and validating actions.
Maintain inventory for systems, apps, endpoints, and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
Support security incidents by collecting logs and evidence when required.
Develop reports and dashboards on compliance status and remediation.
