Job summary

Signature Performance seeks an IT Security Administrator to partner with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Security Teams from a remote, nationwide location. You will lead audits, validate technical evidence, and document security controls across on-premises and cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in security operations or infrastructure, strong IAM, vulnerability management, and enterprise networking knowledge, plus experience with audits and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Security Operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for audits, compliance assessments, and security reviews.
• Coordinate collection and validation of evidence for security controls and configurations.
• Maintain knowledge of system architecture, network topology, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to obtain audit documentation and supporting evidence.
• Document control implementations and procedures for compliance initiatives.
• Track audit requests and ensure timely evidence delivery and remediation.
• Support HIPAA, SOC, NIST, CIS Controls, and similar frameworks.
