Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an IT Security Administrator to serve as the primary technical liaison for audits, compliance assessments, and security reviews. You will collect, validate, and organize evidence across system architecture, network topology, and security controls.

You will collaborate with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to obtain audit documents, validate remediation actions, and support HIPAA, SOC, and NIST assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Security Operations.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, AD, M365, Azure and networking concepts.
• Experience supporting technical audits, compliance assessments, or regulatory reviews.
• Understanding of IAM concepts and privileged account management.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes and control validation.
• Experience gathering and organizing evidence for audits and assessments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and network architecture.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple audit projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for audits, compliance assessments, and customer security reviews.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and organization of technical audit evidence.
• Maintain knowledge of system architecture, network topology, and security controls.
• Collaborate with IT teams to obtain audit documents and evidence.
• Document control implementations and operational procedures.
• Track audit requests and ensure timely evidence delivery.
• Review configurations for regulatory compliance.
• Support HIPAA, SOC, NIST, CIS Controls, and related assessments.
• Assist with remediation evidence and validation.
• Maintain inventory of systems, apps, endpoints, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Support incident investigations with logs and technical evidence.
• Develop dashboards on compliance status and remediation efforts.
• Participate in risk assessments and control reviews.
• Coordinate remediation tracking and closure verification.
