Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an IT Security Administrator to partner with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Security teams. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for audits, collect and validate technical evidence, and support compliance across HIPAA, SOC, NIST, and CIS controls.

The role emphasizes documenting controls, maintaining system knowledge, and delivering remediation evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Security Operations.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization platforms, endpoint management systems, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Experience supporting technical audits, compliance assessments, or regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for internal and external audits and customer security reviews.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and organization of technical evidence for security and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of system architecture, network topology, security controls, cloud environments, and endpoint management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to obtain audit documentation and supporting evidence.
• Document technical control implementations and operational procedures for compliance.
• Track audit requests and ensure timely delivery of evidence and remediation documentation.
