Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an IT Risk & Controls Auditor – Digital Asset to support digital asset engagements with emphasis on financial reporting, compliance, and IT controls. The role involves testing ITGC domains, change management, access, and systems development within a remote consulting setup.

Applicants should have strong COSO/ COBIT knowledge and hands-on audit experience in technology environments, with familiarity in Oracle/SAP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial reporting and information technology risks, processes, and controls.
• Experience with current and emerging technologies such as Oracle or SAP, Oracle Database, web development tools, virtualization, UNIX, Linux, and security technologies.
• Working knowledge of COSO, COBIT, or similar business and IT control frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience testing and evaluating ITGC domains, including change management, access to programs and data, computer operations, and systems development.
• Experience in audit, assurance, or risk management within technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology risk and controls audit and assurance support for digital asset engagements.
• Assess and test controls related to financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes.
• Evaluate business process and IT management controls against established frameworks.
• Review and assess IT general controls across change management, access, operations, and systems development.
• Document findings, develop remediation recommendations, and support issue closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align control activities with risk objectives.
