Job summary

CAI is seeking an IT Project Manager for an 18-month contract with remote work flexibility. The role requires leading large IT projects, coordinating global deployment, and frequent international travel (5–6 months per assignment). Strong PM skills, stakeholder communication, and leadership are essential.

The position supports new-build cruise ship initiatives and application deployment, with extended hours during milestones and ship deployments. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects within budgets and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, resource schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple moderately complex IT projects concurrently from initiation through deployment.
• Coordinate 20–40 application deployment projects across shipboard systems and venues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and risk logs.
• Partner with Product, Infrastructure, Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams.
• Lead project status meetings and provide updates on schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive continuous process improvement to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and company standards.
• Support team development and collaboration across project teams.
