BairesDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex software initiatives for global clients on a fully remote basis. This role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering within scope, and guiding agile practices to achieve project success.

You will drive risks, timelines, and communications while aligning technical and business perspectives. Fluency in English is required and the environment is diverse and global.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining clear communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams follow best practices for project delivery.
