Job summary

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager to support our government contract. This position will be fully remote within the United States, with limited travel to a customer site in Washington, DC.

You will create integrated plans, manage a multidisciplinary team, and oversee budgets and schedules to meet contract objectives. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma with 3–6 years of experience or equivalent and the ability to obtain and maintain public trust.

Qualifications

• High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience).
• Must be able to acquire and maintain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
