Job summary

Spring Education Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across our schools and brands from planning to go‑live and handoff to IT operations. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication, partnering with IT operations, shared services, and external vendors to deliver reliable systems for students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience with multiple concurrent projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, or hybrid delivery.
• Delivery of at least one large data migration or system cutover.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration and migrations.
• Strong communication and ability to report to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through completion: scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones.
• Adapt delivery methodology to fit project and team needs (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, hybrid).
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and decision records.
• Coordinate with IT operations, schools, and vendors; manage vendor SLAs and budgets.
• Prepare end-user training and service desk readiness for go-lives.
• Ensure privacy, security, and regulatory considerations are embedded in plans.
