Job summary

Brandcoven is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee IT initiatives from conception to delivery in a fast-paced marketing environment. This remote role supports designers, developers, and clients to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT project management, a bachelor's in CS/IT, strong communication and leadership, and a proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams, with PMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
• Proven track record of managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with the team and clients.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues or roadblocks.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage resources including team members and external vendors.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide direction to the team.
• Identify and implement process improvements for more efficient delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends to improve PM processes.
